| | Cooperation Mechanism & Operations
Management " TransLink Outlet" is done with the pattern of cooperation between the TransLink as a service provider and partner with the following mechanism:
1. Regional Agent
As the official representative of the operational support TransLink Outlet in some of the technical and administrative aspects. Regional Agent representing TransLink in the presence of a region in the scope of the following:
- Service Provider Infrastructure & Data Network Communications Outlet and the need to link to the TransLink Server.
- Provide technical operational support TransLink in the region.
- Support administrative activities in the TransLink area.
2. Collection Outlet ( CO)
TransLink is a direct partner who has the authority as follows:

- Have the authority to ask the outlet to the TransLink agreement with TransLink
- Can make the cooperation with other parties in the case of outlet

- Representation Representing TransLink Outlet is a full display of standard products, services and Layout
- Is a party to a transaction directly with customers.

IV. Operational Scope:
Requirements:
Independent Outlet
Outlet is managed by individuals and are not incorporated in the management Collection Outlet with the following requirements:
a. Signing the Agreement of cooperation with Translink
b. Provide the needs of infrastructure services for payment outlets:
- Personal computer
- Printer dot matrik
- UPS
- Internet Network
- Paper structural
c. Placing a deposit at least Rp. 5.000.000, - as security transactions.
d. Make a payment of Rp. 1.750.000, - which includes:
- Registration Outlet
- Setup Applications Outlet
- Stater kit Outlet
- Marketing Tools: X-Banner or Banner.
- Training officer Outlet
e. Are willing to bear the cost of accommodation for staff who do the technical set-up equipment to the location of outlets outside the city.
f. Customer service at least 10 hours per day.
g. Have at least 10 T-Reseller Voucher.
V. Terms & Conditions Outlet
a. Facilities & Tools Outlet
1. Outlet must have a standard room service to the attachment of the Cooperation Agreement and the design of space appears to Home Outlet.
2. Outlet must have Tonebank and Infrastructure, as in point IV.b.
3. Obliged to use standard software applications to do the TransLink service ID of the individual - each user / Officer
4. Provide staff who have the competence to:
- Using Computers and the software application operates TransLink.
- Serving customers akan transaction products
- Display image as TransLink officials.
5. Mandatory install Identity Marketing Tools and TransLink Outlet with reference to the attachment of the Cooperation Agreement Marketing Tools Format and Identity TransLink Outlet.
b. Transactions
1. Translink transaction products can be made during the deposit sufficient to conduct the transaction.
2. TransLink transactions a product made in accordance TransLink Outlet conditions as listed in Operations Guide TransLink.
